This week I was crocheting like crazy, starting to go on with my "to do" list for all the upcoming babies around me =)
I have decided to crochet a hat and booties and to add small lamp pillow in matching color for each one.
This making is really fun, and I still have a long way to go…

Pattern for the hat is from Mamachee and booties are for free from here. And cute lamp pillow, Idea and instructions taken from here, The pearl bee blog. (I love this blog you must enter!!!) I made the pillow much smaller because I need it that way, but on her blog there are free patterns for the size she shows.

As some of you my readers know I love red and aqua combinations =)
My dearest friend Sari from Gaialai made me this lovely necklace.
All I told her, is that I have a new dress and I need red and aqua necklace for it. She is such a champion designer! I love her work so much, and I love my new necklace! It is modular and you can wear it in several different ways, how great is that =).The only problem is that this pregnancy I am having so much larger belly than I had at my first one – and now I have to go and get me a new dress =) lucky me holidays are just a week away and I am definitely going to get some shopping done=) yay!

My Creative Space
My little one loves terracotta clay!!! I can't agree more with her =D it is such a fun messy time to play with this clay.
When I work with that clay, usually it is for red glazed items or really big structured sculptures. But this time, my little one wanted to work with me in my studio, so I have decided to give this clay a try making my "tiny village" items. I can't wait for it to get dry and start painting them for first fire – this should be total surprise for me to see the outcome =) (I hope it will be nice one)!

Nesting? Maybe =D
From my sketch book
My house is a mess! I have stuff everywhere but their own place.. I try to keep on track of things to do and get done before I am too heavy or lazy to move =p
I think nesting period is here (well in mind mostly)!
I want to redecorate the upper floor. Change floor, switch rooms for my girl, redecorate new baby room, reorganize toys room and so on.
So many things to get done, and so little energy for actually move by xxx at get it done.
My friend is coming on Friday to bust me up with some help, hopefully this will shake me and move things around. I really hope so =)

There are so many babies on the way (includes mine=)). And, as I always do, I love to give also something personal and handmade by me.
This week I was browsing all over Flicker galleries for some baby's gifts and designs inspirations.
There are so many of them all over, I really don't know yet what I'll go for. I have started to crochet baby girl "Shell blanket" but this is it so far

Heat waves and haze

Three Heat waves and haze all together, were some "refreshing" change for this winter for a minute only. It was crazy, I could hardly take a breath outside.
They say it will all be gone by the end of this week, I really hope so – I feel so FAT when I can rarely catch my breath over nothing =P

It is nice and sunny outside =) me and my little one went to clay out at the back yard, I know how I complain that it is never really "wintery" here, but what can I say being pregnant change a lot and I can't wait for summer time to arrive! luckily Spring seems to be right on its way!!

I want to dye my hair and get a new hair cut! The only problem is that I get sick every time I get close to smell hair colors and such hair style chemicals (boo hoo).
Anyway, nothing much planed for this weekend, maybe I will finally have some studio sunny time.

Big Hat Making Paty
Purim was here and was was super fun, my lille one was dressed as "Belle" from The beauty and the beast and had a great time. And, as for me, in the process of getting back to life slowly I had at my place a little gathering of the arts and crafts forum.
We had a "Big Hat Making Party"!!!!!
I tell, this was sooooooo much fun! we were laughing like crazy while making it all. The food was great, it seems that every meeting it gets better and better ( but sorry it was all gone so soon so I have no pics to show you =)).
Here is what we did and also, you can see my hat, I paint it with acrylic aqua color, and than added the feathers and made some red flower to burst out =D.
